This is a great phone holder and it is remarkably strong. The magnetic piece that fits inside the phone case is backed with a soft material that will not scratch your phone. It is not sticky, which depending on what type of case you have, it may slide around a bit, but with a good case you should have no problems. The suction cup part of the holder is also very quality. You can then adjust the head of the magnetic part to get the desired angle to put your phone on.
